My Philosophy
- Understand how your business actually runs
- Design systems around your processes
- Build solutions that scale & stay maintainable
For over a decade, I've been designing and delivering CRM and ERP solutions for service-based businesses, with a deep specialization in Method CRM and QuickBooks. My background spans everything from hands-on implementation to leading consulting teams, giving me a rare mix of technical depth and real-world business perspective.
From Method CRM to Salesforce & Back
Before founding Crafting Clouds, I spent six years at Method CRM — first as a Solutions Specialist and later as a Team Lead — where I worked directly with hundreds of businesses to design custom workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions. I also coached and mentored other consultants on how to deliver high-impact, scalable systems that actually get used.
I later went on to work at Salesforce, where I gained firsthand exposure to how enterprise-level CRM solutions are architected, implemented, and governed at scale. Working in that environment sharpened my understanding of structured delivery, long-term system design, and how technology supports complex organizations.
"It was there that I realized something important: SMBs deserve the same level of thought, structure, and care that enterprise teams receive — without the enterprise price tag or complexity."
That realization led me back to Method CRM, this time as a partner, with a clear goal: to bring enterprise-grade thinking, discipline, and best practices to the small and mid-sized businesses I work with today.
Who I Work With
Through my consulting practice, I now work primarily with growing service businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools. These are companies that rely on QuickBooks but need more control, automation, and visibility across their operations — from sales and scheduling to invoicing, reporting, and beyond.
I don't believe in overengineering or flashy features that look good in demos but fall apart in real use. Every solution I build is grounded in operational reality, long-term scalability, and clarity for the people using it day to day.
If you're looking for someone who understands both the technology and the business behind it, you're in the right place.
